Maeve's Ballet/Tap Recital

Its Recital time again! Maeve had her 2nd dance recital this year with In Sync and she had a blast. This year she was all smiles & excited to perform, no nerves. It also helped that her closest friends were in class with her too, Charlotte, Kate & Emily. They performed a cowgirl Ballet dance and a Broadway Tap dance, she rocked it, we are so proud & so was she.

We are off to the Recital

freeze time

I was feeling nostalgic today that my babies are growing up so fast and before we know it they will be 5 years old. We were in Hampton Beach, NH and I was watching them play & have so much fun jumping the waves and it hit me.-I want time to stop, oh so I wish I could freeze them ( on good days like today of course). They grow up so quickly, just like they all say. So I wanted to show their growth with a picture from their first day of school in September & their graduation picture in June. You can see the changes in them in just 9 months :(. Look at their heads compared to the door knob to see their growth.

First day signs. September 2011
On last day of school...Jamboree/Graduation. June 2012
And then just a picture with Mom and Dad on the first day, but we never got one on the last day :(

Father's Day!

It was a last minute photo session on our way home from the pool ( hence the outfits) but it was a success. This years Father's Day pictures were taken in Southie on the beach but the winners were in front of a tree to block the bright sun.

These two were other favorites.  The typical i love my twin kiss and the "DAD" pic that was created into a card.

And the picture taken on Father's Day with Coach Daddy after the last day of soccer and receiving trophies.

Preschool Graduation

How have these kids already graduation from preschool? If they were born a month earlier they would be entering Kindergarten, now that makes me queasy. I am so glad they will be on the older-side in their grade and are entering K1 next year or Pre-K as some schools call it. This was a great year at St Peter Academy. The kids thrived and loved every minute, well most of them anyway. They learned all of their letter, numbers, to write their names and learned so much about nature, God and life in general. Kerry Leard is a fantastic teacher she has so much love to give all of "her kids" and greets them with hugs, smiles and anything they need. We will surely miss Mrs Leard are faithful that next year will be just as positive.
