Today, on the way home from school I was having a chat with the kids. We were deciding what to do for the afternoon and they were disagreeing. Maeve wants to go to the park and swing and Liam wanted to play with his new Mario Kart. So I was trying to tell them that we can do both things, but we need to take turns etc.
Maeve is in a whining phase when I tell her something she doesn't want to hear. So I said to Maeve, you need to stop whining when I say something you don’t like. And Liam chimes in and says to Maeve and you need to get better about giving me a morning kiss. I burst out laughing, he means it too!!
He loves her so much--hope they always remain this close!
